About me
Like many women, I know how easy it is to put your own health last. Work, family, relationships and the demands of everyday life can leave little time or energy to focus on yourself. As a mum of two, I experienced this first-hand, often feeling physically and mentally drained.
Navigating health challenges — personally and within my family — led me to look more closely at preventative health and the role our everyday choices can play in how we feel, both now and in the future.
At the same time, I saw so many women around me facing a similar struggle: wanting to prioritise their health, but finding it difficult to know where to begin or stay consistent alongside everything else in life.
That experience led me to health coaching and a desire to help others make meaningful, sustainable changes to their health.
I’m particularly passionate about women’s health, including the changes that come with perimenopause and midlife, and interested in how nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and our environment can influence our long-term health and wellbeing.
Based in Berlin and working with clients both locally and internationally, I want to help people feel informed, confident and empowered to take a more active role in their health.
My goal is simple: to help you make choices today that your future self will thank you for.
